But now watch the naysayers flow out with statements along the lines of "see, see, IPIX could only go up maybe 70% even with a deal" and "see, see, IPIX couldn't break a dollar even with a deal". They will never admit to IPIX's large potential upside. Current price of IPIX shares is totally unrelated to it's potential value if a partnership or buyout is announced.

And for those who like to say "the market always knows", why didn't the market know ahead of time about that Tesaro deal? If the "market knew" anything, everyone would have bought Tesaro before the deal was announced. No one will KNOW anything until something is announced.
