It's a possibility! It would not be out of the realms of possibility since we all know the reports are supposed to be out this week of Dec 3rd and we know we are close to SWS converting one of their LOI's. So, I would like to focus on the positive. Obviously, there's no negative to a high bid as opposed to "no bid". Now that doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out!
