What this means imo is that nFUSZ was first to submit any such patent application which keeps others from getting this patented until either nFUSZ's application is denied, or if accepted will keep anyone else from patenting this technology. Basically, nFUSZ is first to market and has now put a huge distance between nFUSZ and any other would be competitor. If you were a big company wanting to use this technology, would you make a deal with nFUSZ or go with someone else that will most likely not be able to deliver due to the patent? I would think the underwriter would see this as a big market advantage (value).
