Not really it was all cleaned up, and then they went off and prospered big time, all health care service providers have problems, all have problems with the Feds, all get fined, if your in healthcare and you haven't been fined your not a player and for sure not doing business, it's how you fix those problems and become compliant in every way, hell pfizer was fined billions and Merck when they owned Medco Terry's old company was raided often and the CEO was even arrested, unfortunately it's an industry thing, however criminal and fraud in this industry is a different story, I don't care what anyone says that would of been a great acquisition.
