CNN fires Trump-hating contributor Marc Lamont Hill after anti-Israel screed at UN event
Far-left CNN contributor and Temple University professor Marc Lamont Hill was a featured speaker at a pro-Palestinian event at the United Nations on Wednesday, where he proudly issued several remarks that were widely construed as anti-Israel.
Hill’s comments, wherein he figuratively called for the destruction of the Jewish nation, did not sit well with many Jews and Christians of all political persuasions, and the torrent of criticism aimed at Hill resulted in CNN cutting ties with the anti-Semitic, race-baiting commentator. The New York Post reported that CNN announced on Thursday that Hill had been fired by the network and would no longer be a paid contributor.
A spokesperson for the network stated plainly in an email: “Marc Lamont Hill is no longer under contract with CNN.”
