Exactly Spot On - REVERSAL COMING SOON!
1. They/SA have provided NOTHING that has anything to do with Cyber/Internet OOB/MFA/$SFOR IP - ZERO/NOTHING!
2. Supreme Court recent ruling re PTAB/IPR rules and Alice 101 BS! And ZPaul da man has provided other recent cases being won/reversed!
So upper level Supreme Court reverses say this month/DEC, which would be outstanding. The settlement proceeds negotiations will most likely push timeline payout to 19Q1. But the win will ignite the PPS before EOY! All the other current stays will pay up as well! And this all will set precedent for future litigation - GOOG, Apple, etc. Then will full lengthy litigation process really be needed after R&G issues the initial notice and provides recent litigation history/wins?!?! I think NOT!
