I posted several days ago what would happen and Joe didn’t agree. In some regards, he is right that market forces will determine the price on Monday. However, the prior day’s closing price is adjusted for the dividend and all open buy orders and sell orders get adjusted. Therefore if there is an open sell order for $21, it will get adjusted to $1. Then on Monday morning, if they don’t pull that order and the price opens at $18.99 then it will get filled along with all other open orders and drive the price down.
