OJ, looks like some of the brokerages are crediting the accounts immediately, while others are waiting for the shares to be delivered before crediting the accounts. I have a TDA account as well, and they did not show the divi shares yet. I assume that IF I wanted to sell them Monday at 9:30, I would have to talk to a broker, explain the issue and see if they will let me trade them since they are my shares as of close of business yesterday.

Weird the ways of brokerages. Maybe they will be credited first thing Monday morning, so when the market opens, they are available to trade if desired.
