In one of the filings I read it states that there is to be a separate account set up for CBD Alimentos which we know now will be CBD Life to deposit all money into and CBD Life will distribute funds for all manufacturing costs. So the way I understood it is that everything is payed for before it leaves for Laredo, TX.
