"Even SA knows." The only logical reason I can think of them beating this dead horse legally is their EOY report. If SA can delay settlement until after 1 Jan 2019 they can, with a straight face, report great (due to SFOR infringed IP) fins to their SHs. Sometimes, sadly, crime pays.
