Right these are not for use like skoal bandits but pre-measured packets that will assure patient correct dosage every time. I believe clincal trial patients may have used some measuring device scooping B out of a larger container for mixing. Now just tear open sachet and pour single dosage as needed. Process improvement but same medicine.
