Re: Stockbaron #341
You are entitled however they will come from the investor that sold you those shares (as long as you have not sold any of them before the ex div date 0f 12/3).
If investors bought in time for the record date (with the T+2), then the shares will come from GNBT to your broker. Most are not going to see the shares in their accounts until after the market close today, or maybe tomorrow or even Monday 12/3 before the market opens.
If investors bought after the record date, such as your case, then those shares will come from the broker of the investor that sold you those shares. However that may not happen until Monday, Tuesday or even Wednesday since GNBT will send them to that original investor first and then they have to send to you. Also, some shares may have been sold several times already, in which there could be several brokers involved to get the shares to you. You will get them, but the timing may not be on Monday...but no one is sure.

Can someone that is pretty knowledgeable about this GNBT share gift help me out with an answer? I Bought my shares on 11/26/18 And the sale settled on 11/28/18 in my Ameritrade account. The shares settled in two days that I think the SEC news brief mentioned. I I just want to make sure that I am eligible to receive the 20 shares per each of my shares like everybody else, I need to make sure I find out before all the craziness on Tuesday and sell before then if I have to....No additional shares in my account yet?
