All I know is a lawsuit by stockholders against a conspiracy of unnamed dunces is very unlikely to happen. However, any lawsuit can be filed, so yes, technically it “could” be done.

I’d sign on to the hypothetical lawsuit if it were filed. But proving a harm done by anonymous dingleberries on eye hub (who somehow all look like the guy playing the banjo in Deliverance) and who have been bashing IPIX 24/7 for years and slandering the CEO and other principals, is unlikely to go anywhere.
