Not sure. Maybe they think the stock will get clobbered on Monday and don't care about the dividend shares. Afterall, if you get 20 free shares, but the stock price goes from $18 to $0.25 on Monday (NOT SAYING IT WILL DO THAT. JUST AN EXTREME EXAMPLE), then those dividend shares didn't save you anything and cost more than you received. So selling now for shares they may have bought in the $2-$3 range might be more than enough for them.
Otherwise, the total volume so far today is just over 11K shares. That is not much.
