Lots of speculators bought for quick buck pending FDA approval then quickly dumped when it didn't happen. Those same people would have sold after FDA approval dumping a trillion shares preventing a good move to upside. I bought more at .0008. Why? Biel is going to resubmit the 510k and has several other uses for their product which additional submissions will soon take place. Their product is relavent to help manage pain based on numerous testimonials. All is good.
