Contemporaneous record of manipulation attempt for a possible SEC report.
Stock shorted for 75 shares at .12505 at 9:49 on November 30 part filling an outstanding bid buy order placed at .1501 from a legitimate shareholder on November 14.
MMs counted the 75 shares in daily volume.
Brokers did not list in time / sales.
MMs / brokers ignored the obvious paint down manipulation attempt and continued to show .2400 as the valid "Last Trade" price as this had been a significant ask buy of 5,000 shares.
Check orders placed by iHub users: "surfkast" (his observed modus operandi on multiple stocks), "RFB", "fingers".
