FYI - On Seeking Alpha yesterday:
'Farm Bill advancing through Congress; legal hemp cultivation looming..'
"The company (HEMP) says when the bill passes, it will allow states to regulate hemp in addition to allowing hemp researchers to apply for grants from the Agriculture Department and enable hemp farmers to qualify for crop insurance."
