Dropping the price on the blending site is a clear signal there is no deal fcoming from the Master Agreement anytime soon.
If Heddle knows that there is a few million coming in from a deal based on the Master Agreement .....either now or within the foreseeable future.....there is absolutely no need for a price reduction on the blending site
Price reduction, and this one is significant, is done because the seller is getting desperate.
A company that would have supposed millions of dollars coming in wouldn't be desperate.
