lost 1 fund but 1 is active but delayed. looking at other funding options.
signed deals w/ 2 private investors and have pledged assets. working w/ merchant banks for audit and lines of credit in amount of 10 MIL
otherwise stagnant on new movies and lawsuits and can't pay bills to lawyers for caveat emptor.
3 major studio contracts also pending funding
share buy back and target acquisitions also waiting on funding.
DECEMBER is tentative closing for large fund but they are continuing to get private funding for now to keep current at least.
license prepayments , tech licensing all pending funding
iron dragon tv is waiting on funding
4k studios processing everything into 10k and HDR
1400 movies on ultraflix
early next year version 3.0 will be released w/ some 8k movies
PUSH tv streaming channel early next year in 4k and 8 k quality
advertising awaits the launch of these products
