General trend sure seems to be playing right into IPIX hands what with many of the BPs now wanting to buy their pipelines instead of developing themselves.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the current term sheet dissolved and a new and better one be taken due to better offers after FDA mtg. Not expecting it, but wouldn't surprise me.
