BDP et al - why not just write the check today?

I think SOON & shortly & quickly should be banned and replaced with present and past tense verbs. As in "great news I wrote a check for agreed upon amount with DE and our debt is now Paid in Full". Time to move on to other pressing matters. Go Steve NOW and ONCI will GO>>>>>>
