I see what you mean. I'm busy on multiple other stocks - I misread the new bids as above the .1500 and .1501. In fact the 60K at .0175 was always there.
My .1501 is still there and not visible because it is less than 5000 after fills from paint downs.
I suspect as part of the game the person with the 20K at .1500 reduced it to just below 5000 to get a fill from paint downs also.
Nobody should be expecting to get a fill on the bid due to who is holding the majority of the shares.
