toodles we don't know what it was negotiated down to
buy I bet it was a lot less than that $300K because
I'm familiar with these type negotiations with the IRS
as I'm going thru one myself and I can tell it takes time
but eventually they will accept a lowball offer if u have
a good attorney handling your case which I'm sure SB does.
