Honestly, as much as the 9th's decision has caused shareholders many frustrations with their foolish decision, it MIGHT actually have been the best thing for SFOR long term.
The appeals court can now make a ruling WITH treble damages in our favor. No "SETTLEMENT" needed.
And the biggest part of this delay, is the word of the week here, precedent . SFOR will now have a precedent set, IN COURT, that will help us in all future court cases, which there will be many.....
So really, after we take oodles of cash from SA, we really should all take a moment to send them a thank you card. It would only be fair!
