IN ZPaul's post below, just who is this Supplemental Authority referred to by Ropes & Gray and how important is that? The ruling referred to as a ruling by a Supplemental Authority ... is the Federal Court of Appeals itself. It is the very court that StrikeForce's appeal is also in. Who would carry more weight in a ruling by the Federal Court of Appeals than the actual Federal Appeals Court which they too are actually in? We all know the answer, no one!!!
