Exactly. Certainly for PTOI's only deal, which has been in the works for well over two years, missing the deadline would be material information. Obviously no report means that Mr. Curtis has delivered the $1M ahead of the deadline and everything is moving forward with the purchase order. ...or maybe Mr. Heddle is just "bad at communicating" again.
