I would not be surprised if this company is not even the same company mentioned in the filings. The plans seem to change almost weekly. And if it is then I think its entirely possible they don't do an IPO or at least not for a while. I just don't think they would go out and try to raise $18 million in a private placement today if they were going to do an IPO in the next couple months. They would have to discount those shares to the IPO price, so they would only raise what they need and not any more. I can understand maybe $1- 2 million, but not 18 million. Hopefully we will get a filing soon.
