This is the part that confuses. What do they mean by "initial stages of choosing those products?" Do they mean consumers choosing products? Or the company choosing which products to push? And if that's that case, what the hell have they been doing with the Odyssey for the passed 6 months?

The rest of their letter was pretty clear to me, but that one statement definitely gave me pause.
