The refinery will be built and will produce a product that can be sold. Why would anybody do anything different? You're calling a lot of people stupid. Your're not being logical again.
The CDU output will include fracing fluid, which is in high demand. Easy market right now.
Once revenue starts it will be easier to bring big investors on board.
