We need to see not only the 8-k on this deal, but figure out how it fits into the tender in jan. Terms may already be in renegotiation. We may have cash that we can send the creditors to delay the leak of shares until post IPO. Who knows. Many questiosn remain. Don't be frustrated the share price hasn't flown yet. It can start slow. Buyers and sellers remain in the wings waiting to learn more.

Fact is, GC could have come up completely empty handed and none of us would have been that surprised.
