I am going to print out Mr. Hallward-Driemeier's filing, frame it, and hang it on my wall. Beautiful. Straight to the point. We now see why it has taken so long for this case to be adjudicated; R&G were waiting for the outcome of the Ancora case, which was only issued on 11/16/18. Now, it appears to just need a rubber stamp of "REVERSED"...flat on Judge Kronstadt's forehead.
