Dave Mehalick, the CEO of Coeptis has a pretty bad track record in public companies:
American Defense Systems trades at .0092
World Health Alternatives went out of business. The CEO was sentenced to 130 months in prison in 2012. I couldn’t find any mention of Dave Mehalick anywhere. He must have left very early on, but who knows if he had any relationship with the CEO at the time he left.
American Scientific Resources filed bankruptcy and trades at .0005
It doesn’t say he holds a degree as the bio for Dan Yerace does, just mentions his ‘time” at Pitt. It looks like a very rinky-dink company, VERY disappointing. I hope I am proven wrong.
