This press release was released by Coeptis, not Amarantus, so there are no details because Coeptis is a private company and doesn't need to or want to give out any details.
I confirmed with Howard Gostfrand just 2 day ago that he was "no longer involved" with Amarantus. I'm assuming because he is owed money like everyone else.
I'm guessing they approached him to write this pr and Coeptis paid him for it so he agreed as he is representing Copetis, not Amarantus. It is obviously written from Coeptis' perspective. The headline is Coeptis acquired, not Amarantus sold. I'm guessing Amarantus may very well bring Howard back on board at some point.
I'm assuming this deal is the merger in the filing. Gerald says:
"Coeptis has a strong operational team and a robust pipeline of products preparing to be commercialized that we believe will drive shareholder value in the years ahead. We are very excited to become part of the Coeptis organization."
So it doesn't sound like an outright sale, but really frustrating not having any any more info. Maybe if they get some money upfront, they can afford to write their own press release.
