Perspective: A few minutes ago (11 am Eastern), OWCP was trading at .1370 and volume was under 23K for the day. Bad day or is it a small yawn? If someone were to place a bid for say, .15 and purchase 5,000 share, he would spend well under $1,000.00 and the stock would be at .15 (but probably only for a few minutes). My point, there are "traders" playing with grocery money and deliberately pulling the price down. And..........if someone did buy at .15 and then have the stock close today at say, .14, so what, if your a Long and believe in the Company you know the extra penny means nothing. Any price under .20 seems to be a great deal. So why are we not buying........my excuse is I have so many shares now another 50,000 shares would not make much difference......I am just waiting for the pop.
