I believe Feb/Mar 2019. I just checked the online database and there is still only one company, Forbidden Fruit of Humboldt County, that has a permanent license. They got that about a month ago on 10/29. I would have expected that once the licenses started getting approved that there would be a bigger flow of approvals than there has been. We are only 33 days from January 2019, so I believe things are going even slower than I had first thought.
