Thanks goodness they didn't review it yet.......THIS FILING IS HUGE.....TOTAL GAMECHANGER......
This will now be REVERSED based on the review of the briefs...period.
Will happen this month or next IMHO...
Oral arguments were going to be scheduled tentatively for February per MK, which was late to begin with, so a review of SFOR's case will likely happen this month or next.....again, IMHO.
BUT, based on these new rulings from the SAME COURT; the COURT has NO other choice except to REVERSE their ruling in FAVOR of SFOR which they just did in R&G's referenced case in the Pacer Supplemental Filing from yesterday.......BEYOND HUGE and EPIC.......
