if P2O actually delivers on their first sale .. imo NR will be marking @ 100% for lots and lots of PTOI *volume* going forward .. it's been just under 5 years since NR *relentlessly* compressed PTOI to 10c @ the EO 2013 (that 10c would be *reset* to 6c in early Jan 2014) .. NR has dug one very revealing hole over the last several years .. and it sure would be nice to see mgmt exploit the exploiters for a change
