Wow! Another ruling that should make it even easier for the Appeals Court to make a decision in our favor, based on the briefs, and this latest ruling! We have again provided the court with a definitive ruling, in alignment with our position before the court. Their decision has been made even easier with this filing! Now we just need for the judges to pen their decision, finding in our favor, with a reversal of the California decision/ruling!
