I'm in another company which was heavily attacked by JS and her sheeps. The market cap lost about 90% value and did never recover. Finally the SEC did clean the company from all accusations, but the damage is still there. I'm at a loss of over 100'000 USD there.

What makes me crazy is that a person like JS is still free and not in prison. She destroyed many real companies and made dammages of millions of dollars.

But I'm no lawyer and don't understand the US laws.
