The company will NOT be buying back shares incognito -- before any news in order to make bank -- because they will get suspended for doing so due to insider trading violations -- and they have to announce it before they do it -- if they are going to do it. So you will know they are going to do it before hand -- and before there is any "news."

I'll bet in a few days or weeks, someone will be posting "Hey, I wonder if the company is buying back shares."
