The AR's are still a real issue. Sales are on consignment terms by booking at full contract value We have no idea if reduced AR is coming from cash collected or SB is crediting prior sales. Where are the factories that SB said he was buying? Nowhere to be seen. Where is his inventory listed on the Balance Sheet? Nowhere to be seen.
The accounting is all over the place and doesn't make any sense except for the commissions he is paying himself.
One day we will find out that he played hard and loose with all his terminology meant to baffle and bamboozle investors and he will invoke his Preferred stock to crush the common shareholders and move his company on to another ticker..
