This is my opinion on a possible RS and how it works. The only thing that changes for the investor is the number of shares not the value of them. So if you have 80 shares you now will have 2 shares worth $10 each based on a pps of .25. If am wrong please correct me anyone. Once on nasdaq fusz will soar!! A RS done for uplist purposes is much more acceptable in the investment community. We would not be doing it due to us being in trouble. Thanks
