I believe that our offering price will be at or exceed the minimum required price for Nasdaq. I believe we must average above that price for a certain amount of days. I believe the RS is a back up if shorts try to take it down and scare shareholders to sell thinking we won’t be able to uplist. But now no investor should be scared because no matter what it’ll happen. They’d announce the split and then all short positions have to cover before new CUSIP on Nasdaq.
