Don't know Amtronics exact planned footprint on the project (seperate or shared structure). Could be a seperate & dedicated ground-up structure, or a TI, generally described as the build-out of a developer-provided shell (another likely scenario) or the commercial/industrial remodel of an existing structure (N/A in new construction), whichever be the case & all being within the 'vertical' (from the ground surface & up) construction phase....in my part of the world anyway
