Dam you are dense! When the SS grounds the helicopter due to fog, Trump had the option of a motorcade?? Aircraft do not fly in dense fog!
BUT there were no plans for a motorcade. Streets have to be barricaded and buildings checked along the route that would have taken Trump right through downtown!
Estimated driving time was 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. and they could not get Trump there in time for the ceremony.
Therefore his presence at the cemetery was impossible.
