What I haven't seen emphasized regarding a reverse split it this:
The higher the ratio the more shares that will be necessary to fund the SoundConcepts acquisition and thus a greater number of shares outstanding will exist. This will dilute all shareholders equity.
Thus getting the price up pre-split benefits us all.
