A hypothetical question for the board:
We know that Sound Concepts and Nfusz are merging together as one but i am wondering the following:
What would Sound Concepts be worth if they went on the Nasdaq alone without Nfusz?
We've seen some financials being released, so is there a way to determine what a fair pps value would be on the Nasdaq if you would compare Sound Concept with peer companies?
If someone knows and is good in finding that out, we might have a good feeling as what the market cap of Sound Concepts should be worth.
I recall being said that in the beginning of this year a comment was made that Nfusz should have a 500 million market cap and that was only with Oracle/Marketo at the time, if my memory serves me right.
With all the great news and new additional partners we have been getting from Nfusz up till now, i am just wondering what would be a reasonable market cap?
I think its easier (but what do i know) to figure out an established company like Sound Concepts of what its worth then it is to figure out that of Nfusz's.
Nfusz has so many moving parts.
What i remember is Rory saying in the beginning of the year that we will become a multi billion market cap with Nfusz. So that to me is at least 2 Billion but seeing other companies being sold for billions that seem inferior to the tech that we have i would say 2 Billion seems very low.
I also remember him saying that if you take 100.000 customers of Oracle that you would be a $7 stock and thats just Oracle alone!
I hope i'm making a bit sense here with my long post.
