I personally don't think Rory is supporting boards per se, but rather those places that promote DD, not lies. Rory isn't trying to create news. He is trying to create maximum long term shareholder value. The SP is obviously being manipulated on the OTC so Rory isn't going to waste another good PR (and we've had plenty of them already) on the OTC imo. It really doesn't matter what the RS will be IF Rory chooses to do one. The main purpose of nFUSZ doing a RS is to qualify to move to NASDAQ. Once there, I'm sure the PRs will hold more value to educated investors. If it made sense to later do a FS, then I'm sure Rory would.
