IMO this conversation you had with Ajay helps to confirm that to some exent NDA's were not just specutation. Also I believe Ajay has some integrity to him. If you look back at Ajay a month or two ago, you will see he was quick to point out fraudulent behavior of a smartphone start up in his neck of the woods.
