Your suggestion "introducing the company to potential clients or other investors" is correct. I suggested to Rory via email that if this is done the
OTC price could go to around $4.00. This would allow for up-listing to NASDAQ. I then suggested that he do a 40 to 1 reverse split, post NASDAQ, that would put our price at $160 per share. This would allow almost all institutional investors to invest in FUSZ since nationally listed stocks below $5.00 are considered "penny" stocks and their bylaws forbid them from making an investment in these "penny" stocks.
I feel that if the stock price goes above $500, he should do a 5 to 1 forward split to keep the price around $100.
